Midtown Exchange Condos on the Greenway - Minneapolis, MN
The Midtown Exchange Condos on the Greenway is a four-story, 79 unit wood structure that includes two-story townhomes and single-story flats. The project is one of several housing elements at The Midtown Exchange (the former Sears & Roebuck warehouse), and surrounds two sides of an existing parking ramp.
The Condos offer modern living in a historic district. Just a few miles from downtown Minneapolis, the Condos are in the heart of a global neighborhood complete with restaurants, the Midtown Global Market, shops, a YWCA, banks, and schools. With 79 units, these urban condominiums and townhomes are a compliment to the neighborhood.
Shaw-Lundquist built this project for PPL (Project for Pride in Living), a non-profit housing developer based in Minneapolis.
