Prior Lake City Hall & Police Station Construction - Prior Lake, MN
The Police Station encompasses 30,860 square feet between two floors with its offices, holding cells, sally port, evidence room with storage, co-ed fitness area, and indoor parking for 20 vehicles.
The Prior Lake City Hall is a 35,747 square feet structure built to compliment the other downtown buildings, with its red brick, limestone and glass exterior. The City Hall includes seating for 100 in the council chambers, and houses the Planning, Building Inspections, Engineering, Finance and Administration, Utility Billing and Recreation departments. The buildings are located across the street from one another to form a campus development.
Shaw-Lundquist self-performed the concrete work, pouring the foundation walls, and the flat concrete work and site concrete for both buildings.
