U-Garden Restaurant Expansion Construction
The U-Garden Restaurant added 3,500 square feet to their existing 4,500 square feet. Most of the addition was used for seating to accommodate the restaurants growing popularity. The expansion included new walls, which are the main focal points upon arrival. Added architectural design elements include archways above the main windows, on the South elevation, over the main entrance, and a cornice along the roof edges with peaked rooflines curved to follow Chinese architecture. New pavement for the parking lot, landscaping, and a colored concrete sidewalk were included in the exterior.
