Description:

The addition consisted of construction of a 50,000 square-foot,
three-story, Municipal Center. The new municipal center consolidates
offices for Administration, Engineering, Finance, Fire, Human Resources,
Inspections, and Planning and Development; providing residents with more
efficient access to the city services. The City Council Chambers,
meeting rooms, and the Police Department's headquarters are also located
in the center. This project is LEED Certified.
