The first phase of a 10 acre development, the 75,000 sf Hampton Inn at Apollo Landing is scheduled to open in July 2007. Located within minutes of the National Sports Center and the possible Vikings Stadium, the development will cater to the users of these high-visibility sports complexes and the local community with the addition of a retail, office, and a destination restaurant located at the entrance overlooking the reflecting pond.
