The Phalen Senior Lofts Project consists of a four story, 94,541 sf building with 73 senior apartments. There are common areas and a laundry on each floor with under ground parking, two elevators and site improvements. A 500 sf retail space and a community room are also included on the main level. There are one and two bedroom units in seven different configurations, all adaptable and some HC accessible. The Payne Avenue elevation has a number of brick arches, large oversized windows, two steel canopies and a tower clock to reflect a small home town theme. This HUD project is uniquely placed on the new Phalen Boulevard corridor at Payne Avenue.
