The Midtown Exchange Condos on the Greenway is a four story, 57 unit wood structure that includes two-story townhomes and single-story flats. The project is one of several housing elements at The Midtown Exchange (the former Sears & Roebuck warehouse), and surrounds two sides of an existing parking ramp.
Shaw-Lundquist is building this 75,000 sf project for PPL (Project for Pride in Living), a non-profit housing developer based in Minneapolis, in partnership with Ryan Companies, Inc.
