Description:
The Wells Fargo Prosperity Branch was built from the ground up and was one of the first redevelopment initiatives in the Phalen Boulevard area of Saint Paul. The new bank building consisted of 8,500 sf and combined two smaller branches. The project included the first multi-lingual ATM machine for Wells Fargo in the Upper Midwest market to accommodate the many cultures found within the neighborhood. The facility has seven Drive-Up lanes.
