West River Commons is a new mixed-use development in the Longfellow
neighborhood near the Mississippi River in Minneapolis. The project
includes 53 rental apartments, three owner-occupied townhomes, and
approximately 8,000 square feet of retail/service commercial space.

West River Commons occupies a magnificent site where Lake Street crosses West River Parkway and the popular Minneapolis "Grand Round" trail system. The retail part of the project fronts Lake Street and encloses a signifcant public plaza positioned at the foot of the bridge spanning the Mississippi River gorge between Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

West River Commons offers:
