Winnipeg Apartments Finalist

The Winnipeg Apartments on Rice Street in Saint Paul has been listed as a finalist in the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal's "Best in Real Estate" April 2009 Issue.

The project, completed in January 2009, has 56 residential units with an indoor playground complete with skylights. The green roof in one of the many green atributes this project brings to a re-energized Rice Street.

Trafton (Ford Hall) Chosen as Top Project for 2008

Ford Hall, a new science wing at MN State University - Mankato, has been chosen as of Finance and Commerce’s Top Projects for 2008. There is an awards ceremony slated for Thursday, July 16, 2009.
