Shaw-Lundquist Associates was selected to renovate the existing building at Hennepin and Fremont. On Monday, April 18 the official ground breaking was held for the new US Bank branch in the Minneapolis Uptown neighborhood. The new location for the branch will be at the former Minneapolis Floral building at 2420 Hennepin Avenue. The existing main Art Deco building will become the new bank building and the greenhouse will be torn down to create a parking lot and add green space to the block.
