Project Description
Mississippi Market’s third natural foods co-op was built as part of their vision of a dynamic, high quality co-op grocery store serving a historic and under served community on the East Side of St. Paul. The new building, designed to LEED Gold Standards, features a wide selection of organic foods, full-service meat counter, full comercial kitchen, cheese island, pizza bar, and classroom for cooking and other food related classes. Located on a steep hill, our team completed environmental cleanup and construction effectively on this tight urban site.
