The building is a research facility that leads all technologically advanced researches inside UNLV. The new laboratory being added inside will house numerous multi-million dollar equipment for a brand new research project. At the same time, offices and co-working spaces are being added with new finishes, electrical and data infrastructure, as well as a new glass storefront system for aesthetics.

Challenges

The challenges on the UNLV SEB project are the large amounts of backbone infrastructure needed for the new laboratory equipment and overall technicality.
