UNLV Science & Engineering Building (SEB) Project
Architect: PGAL, LLC | Project Manager: Matt Morris | Superintendent: Chad Cooper | Project Engineer: JaeWoo Lee
At the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Shaw-Lundquist is remodeling multiple offices throughout 4 floors inside the Science and Engineering Building (SEB) and there is one large laboratory addition. The building is a research facility that leads all technologically advanced researches inside UNLV. The new laboratory being added inside will house numerous multi-million dollar equipment for a brand new research project. At the same time, offices and co-working spaces are being added with new finishes, electrical and data infrastructure, as well as a new glass storefront system for aesthetics.
The challenges on the UNLV SEB project are the large amounts of backbone infrastructure needed for the new laboratory equipment and overall technicality.
Shaw-Lundquist is building better lives through construction and is a proven general contractor serving the Midwest and Las Vegas.
