Minnesota Council on Foundations

Project Description

The Minnesota Council on Foundations brought us in to create a modern office at the historic TractorWorks Building in Minneapolis. The new space includes open office areas, as well as private office space, a large conference room, library and small kitchenette and break room. Relics from when the building was used for tractor construction were incorporated into the new space. The new accommodations were designed with members in mind. The convenient location and easy parking makes a quick stop between meetings possible, and the multiple gathering spaces, drop-in offices, state-of-the-art board room and comfy furnishings complete this modern urban office.
