US Bank - Shakopee, Uptown, Maple Grove, and Moticello

Project Descriptions

US Bank Shakopee was a new construction project | 3,900 sf
This project was awarded LEED Certified due to reduced operating costs and increased asset values, reduced waste, conserved energy and water consumption, a reduction in gas emissions, and an overall healthier and safer site for occupants. The project had a 100% reduction in potable landscape water use and a 35% reduction in baseline indoor water use.

US Bank Uptown was a renovation project | 3,400 sf | $1.4M | 3 months
We successfully renovated the Minneapolis Floral shop, a local icon since 1934, into a new US Bank branch in Uptown Minneapolis. The Art Deco structure was renovated with historic preservation in mind. Many details were kept and enhanced throughout the space, including a tin ceiling in the main lobby, original terrazzo floors, the rich dark woodwork throughout, and custom windows that adorn the structure.

US Bank Maple Grove was a new construction project.
New ground up retail branch, one level, with a 3 lane drive-thru with canopy. LEED project (still going through the certification process per the USGBC website). Brick and EIFS exterior with metal roof panels. Concrete slab on grade, structural steel, metal stud framing, wood trusses. Sustainable interior finishes (ceramic tile, carpet tile, marmoleum tiles, FSC wood, low-VOC paints). Extensive coordination with the owner as there was more owner-supplied materials than a typical project.

US Bank Monticello was a renovation project | 3,000 sf | $800k | 3 months
The US Bank Monticello project was an interior and exterior renovation of the branch. Interior work included new engagement offices, a café/lobby, new customer service stations, restrooms, updated finishes in the drive-up area, break room, and other BOH spaces. It also included updated electrical and mechanical systems. Exterior work included painting and a new main entrance vestibule with exterior metal canopy.

Amy, Tony, and the entire Shaw-Lundquist team were great to work with on our remodel project for a major bank client. Everything was handled with extreme professionalism and care, from bidding and submittals through project close out. Any items that came up during the course of construction were identified and handled quickly, incorporating the team as required once scope and pricing were identified. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the team on this project and look forward to paths crossing again in the future!
