Eight years in the making, this 178-unit development helped meet the strong demand for more affordable housing opportunities in downtown St. Paul. Our team worked with the architect and owner from the beginning to ensure our tight schedule would be met, and to provide real value engineering ideas and solutions. The building is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, all with high-quality interior finishes. The mixed-use building has a combination of affordable and market-rate units, and indoor-outdoor pool area, and a shared Skyline Lounge. The ground floor has 6,200 SF of retail space.
