Connie Doman
DEI Coordinator
Connie was a stay-at-home mom to my 3 boys for many years and was a substitute teacher as well. Since she started at Shaw-Lundquist, she has had many different roles including receptionist, project coordinator, accounting assistant, and now inclusion/estimating coordinator.
She has been married to her husband, Chris, for 31 years and they have 3 sons, a dog Bodhi, and are expecting their first grandson in 2023.
Connie’s previous volunteer experience includes Mary Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, and being a Sunday school teacher. Currently, she is a volunteer with Construct Tomorrow and sits on the Board of Directors, as she has for the past four years.
