    A new concept in Health Care, this retail setting offers sales, personalized service and claims support. The high-end finishes used for the wood bar provide a unique atmosphere, one of conversation and dialogue about participants healthcare in a consumer based setting. This site is designed to welcome participants to join wellness and how-to seminars for healthy living. There are break out offices for private meetings, and a large learning center in the back with a beautiful hand painted mural.

    The staff at Xcel Energy's Prairie Island Nuclear Facility are ready to enjoy their new home. Their new office building, delivered over two months ahead of time, is a drastic improvement from the former trailers they had been using for 12 years. We have enjoyed working with the Xcel team, and are proud to have built them a safe, spacious office building with beautiful views. This project is in line with our mission of Building Better Lives.     Hoyt Hsiao is One of the TOP 100 People to Know! When Hoyt Hsiao took over Shaw-Lundquist Associates in 2009, it was a terrible time to be in construction. The company saw its revenue plummet by nearly half from 2008 to 2011, and work was hard to come by. Hsiao guided the firm his father started in 1974 to solid footing by focusing on sustainable buildings and a continued emphasis on public projects. Read More!
