Project Description
The Ben Pomeroy Center on the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota was converted from offices and student services into the Pomeroy Veterinary and Teaching Clinic. The project re-purposes a 1913 structure originally constructed to house large animals. The clinic conversion included new and enhanced mechanical and electrical systems and the installation of medical gases. It offers exam rooms, radiology, labs, lobby and waiting areas, and administrative offices.
