Cafe-style and walk-up bakery with a second level kitchen
This is a build-out of a specialty bakery venue for James Beard Award winning Pastry Chef, Dominique Ansel. The 1,800 sf walk-up pastry shop on the casino floor includes cafe-style seating for 20 people. In addition to the main level kitchen and food preparation suite, there is a 4,500 sf commercial production kitchen located on the level below with direct connection to the retail space.
