Project Description

Vista 44 is a 50-unit affordable apartment building located in downtown Hopkins. The building is a four-level wood frame structure above one level of concrete underground parking. It features exterior brick and a flat roof to encourage compatibility with the historic architecture of the downtown business district. The rooftop supports a large solar array, one of several sustainable aspects to the building and site. An underground stormwater retention system allows for maximum site density and efficiency. The apartment mix includes 3 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom units.
