3-floor renovation inside the 24-story Government Center
Project Description
The renovation of the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office comprised work on floors 12, 13 and 14 of the 24-story Hennepin County Government Center. Three identical floorplates, each 14,000 sf in size, were gutted and reconstructed. Work was phased by floor to maintain full operating capacity for the department. The work included new finishes, demountable partitions, offices, break areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, mechanical and electrical upgrades, security enhancements and new lighting.
