Project Description
Associated Bank’s new Minneapolis corporate offices are located on the 43rd floor of the iconic IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis. The project encompasses the entire 23,000 sf floorplate with a 360-degree view of the metro area. The spaces include 47 private offices, multiple conference and meeting rooms, work areas, spacious breakroom, guest amenities, restrooms, new elevator lobby and record storage. The Class A build-out features finishes featured in Associated Bank’s retail banking branches.
