Project Description
US Bank Chanhassen is one of several US Bank projects completed by Shaw-Lundquist. The 3,200 sf building was completely gutted and reconstructed to accommodate evolving banking services and customer expectations. The phased project utilized temporary offices and restrooms, to preserve full banking operations throughout construction. Interior work included a refreshed lobby, offices, break area, conference rooms, restrooms, glass partitions, casework, specialty ceilings, and ADA enhancements. Exterior work included a new drive-up banking lane, ATM island, and sidewalk replacement.
