Project Description
The project involved the redevelopment of a vacant 8 acres site between Marshall Avenue and the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis. The 85,000 sf mission critical facility includes four levels with emergency dispatch, electrical distribution control, offices, conference rooms, and maintenance bays for large equipment. The precast concrete structure is clad in architectural fiber cement panels. The site includes 295 parking spaces with a landscaping design focused on delivering sustainability through native plantings and clean stormwater runoff.
